MHPA Office
Oochitecture was appointed to design a new Headquarter Office building for the Milford Haven Port Authority, located on the quayside at Milford Marina. The building is designed to accommodate up to 80 staff, supporting the Authority’s operational and administrative functions.
The project combines functional office space with flexible event areas, reflecting the Port Authority’s role in both governance and community engagement.
The new headquarters will serve as a central focus for the MHPA staff, enhancing the Port Authority’s presence in the marina, while supporting staff wellbeing and public interaction.
Key Features:
- First floor: Open-plan office space by department, meeting rooms, conference facilities, and breakout areas
- Ground floor: A large atrium designed as a flexible mixed-use event space, suitable for exhibitions, public events, and community use
