Kings Arms

Formerly a Grade II listed public house and guest house, the Kings Arms overlooks the stunning Milford Haven waterway. Acquired by Hakin Point Ltd., Oochitecture was commissioned to convert the historic property into three self-contained apartments. The conversion carefully balances heritage preservation with contemporary living. Traditional architectural features were retained and expressed, while the interiors were reimagined to create spacious, modern homes.

The project successfully transformed a disused heritage asset into high-quality residential dwellings, offering modern comfort in a historic setting with exceptional views.
