Campions

Situated in a prime coastal location with direct views over Nolton Haven, The Campions is a 1960s bungalow undergoing a bold transformation. The client approached Oochitecture with a vision for a modern two-storey extension that would maximise views and reimagine the home’s character.
Several design iterations were explored to achieve a striking, contemporary aesthetic while remaining sensitive to the surrounding landscape. The proposal includes green roofs and living walls to enhance biodiversity and reduce visual impact from the coastal path above.

The project is set to deliver a dramatic transformation, turning a dated bungalow into a sustainable, design-led coastal home that celebrates its unique setting.
