Awelfa

Set in an elevated position overlooking Pembroke Dock, this new-build family home was designed and delivered by Oochitecture within a Conservation Area, requiring a sensitive yet contemporary approach. The home features a traditional gabled form with modern detailing, blending into the historic context while offering a modern architectural aesthetic. The steeply sloping site was carefully utilised to create a three-level layout, maximising views over the town and waterway.

The result is a sustainable, modern family home that respects its setting while offering contemporary comfort and outstanding views.
