The Oochitecture team were excellent throughout the entire project.

Michael and his team went through a number of concept consultations with the staff team to establish the elements of a new office were important to them.

Once this was completed a number of 3D walk throughs were designed and presented to the team.

After choosing the central concept we went through a number of iterations with minor changes and at each point the Oochitecture team were on hand to advise on the changes and their implications.

As well as the major architectural design, Michael and the team were on hand to advise and plan everything from desk and chair arrangements, fire arrangements to colour schemes.

An excellent service throughout and I would highly recommend Oochitecture’s services.

I can confirm that I am enjoying working with Michael, on the above project. He had proposed, sensible modern solutions, in a sensitive area. Where changes have needed to be made, to appease the Planning and Conservation Officers, he has been happy to do so.

We appointed Oochitecture under the direction of Michael for the redevelopment of the Kings Arms. The property was purchased by us as a commercial development project with the intention of creating 3 high quality apartments for future rental and/or sales.

The property is grade II listed, so we required a full planning application for the ‘change of use’ and listed building consent from Pembrokeshire County Council. From inception, Michael has worked closely with us to develop the design from our initial project brief and has refined the design in dialogue with us and the Conservation officer. From initial concept sketches to developing the detailed plans we have enjoyed being taken through the design process.

Michael has acted as lead Architect, Principal Designer and is now assisting us during the build as Contract administrator. Oochitecture have advised us throughout the project on any requirements and the next steps. Where necessary they have appointed consultants for services such as Structural engineering, Asbestos R&D survey and SAP/EPC’s etc.

To date we have enjoyed working with Oochitecture and would recommend their services to others undertaking residential projects.
